Race is run through flat countryside with water stations along the way. This year our principle charity is Prostate Cancer. Medals for all finishers. Trophies presented to Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd Lady and Man Trophy for fastest lady and man in Over 40, Over 50 and Over 60 age groups.

A family friendly off road track across beautiful scenic Dorset countryside. Fancy dress, fun and frolics welcome. The run is one of the longest running events held at Moors Valley Country Park. Circular route from Rowen over Tal y Fan towards Penmaenmawr stone circle and return. Course marshalled but not marked so navigational ability required in poor weather. Start 2pm. Grid ref 759 719 The race is held at Pembrey Country Park and takes in a tour of the park, forest and part of the beach.
