Race is run through flat countryside with water stations along the way. This year our principle charity is Prostate Cancer. Medals for all finishers. Trophies presented to Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd Lady and Man Trophy for fastest lady and man in Over 40, Over 50 and Over 60 age groups.

This race is a scenic course in the beautiful grounds of Shoreham woods there are parts that are quite challenging so a PB is unlikely, how ever the race will be chip timed. A donation from each entry will go straight to Shoreham woods for maintenance and upkeep of this wonderful woodlands. A two lap multi-terrain course taking in grass, footpaths, woodlands and a short distance of private road around Radford Park and the surrounding area of Oreston, Plymouth.
