A 5.5 mile off road race in Gelnariff Forest park, nr Waterfoot, County Antrim, N Ireland. ‘An area of outstanding natural beauty’ Forest trails and paths, undulating course, free t shirt to first 250 entrants. Normal entry around 230. Changing and post race refreshments no showers. The race is held at Pembrey Country Park and takes in a tour of the park, forest and part of the beach. The running surfaces include tarmac, grass, sandy soil, forest tracks, a gravel forrestry road, a concrete road and a sandy beach.
