A 5 mile single lap measured road route on country lanes. The route has a few testing climbs, with the last mile being flat. This is not a PB course. Headphones not permitted on race 
Accurately measured, fast, flat course within Woolston Park, East Warrington and the surrounding roads. A long established 10km road race for runners of all abilities.
