Scenic 10K Road Race. Undulating course.
Deepdale Dash 10k and 2K fun run on Sunday 7th November 2010. Starting and finishing in the historic market town of Barton upon Humber, the course takes in the scenic undulating countryside around Deepdale before returning into town for a fast finish at Baysgarth School.
The 10km course is almost perfectly flat with only approximately 10 metres of climb throughout.
‘It’s a belter’ The course is completely off road on bridle paths and woodland trails
Fast Accurately Measured Course (not suitable for wheelchairs)
This event is not just for the serious runner and is open to runners of all abilities, make it a family outing. There is a fun run for the children, massage (confirmed for 2010) available for the anxious waiting supporters along with tea and coffee not forgetting the ‘famous’ cakes.
