Only been running since aug 2011 started with Barnsley parkrun,done wakefield 10k,Sheffield half marathon last weekend and Hull 10k today and a new pb 53.09 at the age of 45 years young.and a skydive in may for diabetes all this with looseing 3st.fab day.
