  • Has Water Stations? water stations along the route at miles: 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 and 25.5. Powerade drink fuel stations will be provided at miles: 5 - 10 - 15 and 22
  • Has Prizes / Awards? $3,000 for a sub 2:12 male performance based on a top-3 placing. First prize in the men's race is $5,000 (if sub 2:12). On the women's side there is also a $3,000 bonus for a sub 2:35 finishing time (top-3) and the first prize is $3,000 in the women's race.

Race Description

With 18,000 entries so far, the Brighton Marathon is in the top twelve running events in the UK for participation. General entry is now closed but there are over 300 charities with places in the race – see the “Charities” tab for details.
