Full distance: This off road duathlon (run-bike-run) consists of a 10km trail run, a 24km mountain bike and then another 5km off road run.

Sprint distance: This off-road duathlon (run-bike-run) consists of a 5km trail run, a 12km mountain bike and then another 5km off road run.

You’ll be racing across army training land in and out of the woods on single bike tracks, forest trails and technical traps.
