Race Description

The Camp Eden 5K event is a 5K race, 1 mile race, cookout, and carnival all rolled into one! You’ll enjoy inspiring views of the Continental Divide on a race route that crosses both meadow and alpine forest. The course is hilly with flat sections over a surface of dirt and gravel. With a starting elevation of 8800 feet, the Camp Eden 5K should provide an enjoyable challenge to any level of runner. Generous cash prizes will be awarded to top finishers. New this year! Try out the Donut Run, a short, 1-mile race with donuts and coffee at the finish line.

After the races, everyone is invited to enjoy an outdoor barbeque with hamburgers, hot dogs, sides, and dessert. Then, ride our 300 ft. zipwire, try out mountain boarding, and visit the Canyon Carnival. Carnival events include face painting, balloon animals, dunk tank, and carnival games.
