Race Description

The X-Runner Water Wipeout challenge is the ultimate adventure playground! eXtreme runners beware, this is no ordinary obstacle course race, this is something more muddy, more wet and more fun than you’ve ever experienced before. With over 50 obstacles to conquer, there are more obstacles in this 5k or 10k run than any other adventure race out there. No amount of boot camp military style training can prepare you for the amount of water, mud, climbing and running you will experience in this awesome adventure run at the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham The challenging natural terrain of this location is an obstacle in itself, the Sports Centre is perfect for runners and triathlons with oodles of oozing mud and loads of lakes to dunk you in, we promise you will never be so wet, so muddy or so tired by the end of the race. But don’t worry, we will give you a nice clean t-shirt to change into, that is if you can drag yourself across the finish line of course…
