Race Description

Dear running friends,

We organise a happy three day training race for trauilrunners: www.wolfmountainrun.com. September 7-8-9 in Italy, near Rome and Pescara, from the village of Caramanico Terme in Majella National Park. Famous for it’s wolf packs and brown bears. The race is 11, 16 and 26 km long, with a climb and descent of 1400m on day three.

There’s more info on the website. Anyone can join (even hikers) for €0 to €299 (including camping, food for three days and transport to and from the trails). If there’s profit this will be donated to Pan Parks Foundation – an organisation that preserves 13 wildernisses in Europe, of which Majella is one.
