Race Description
Ever thought Triathlons were, “For the Birds” and out of your reach? The NorthEast Sprint Triathlon or The N.E.S.T is a perfect way for you to fly into the sport of triathlon! Come on out to one of our favorite locations – Northeast Park – in February for the Duathlon, and come back at the end of April for the Triathlon. This race is a great first timer’s race, and a great tune-up event for your multisport season. Don’t worry about the early season cool weather, this event is in the afternoon, so it will have plenty of time to warm up!
250 yard pool swim – 10.5 mile road bike – 5K trail/road run

- Nearest Parking: There will be plenty of parking at the park, just not in the swimming pool parking lot where transition area will be located. If you park along the road, please make sure to pull completely into any spot along the run course so as to not block the course with your car.
