Race Description

800 Meter Swim – 18 Mile Bike – 3.1 Mile Run

Athletes from across the Southeast will have the opportunity to participate in this great event and race their way to being named a North Carolina State Champion! This event is a great way for the fastest in every age group to test themselves against their peers. It is also an amazing first timers event with awards for novice and master’s novice athletes!

This Sprint-distance triathlon will take place in scenic Bryan Park in and around Lake Townsend. The course features a 750m triangle swim, an 18mi bike on quiet country roads, and finishes with an out and back 5km run through Bryan Park. This event is open to any triathlete ages 10-99. Awards will be presented to the Top 3 males and females in each race category.

This is race number 9 and the championship event in the Trivium Multisport Series.
