Flat, family-friendly, scenic, safe 5K charity run/walk along the Charles River 
5k run at Dwight Lydell Park to raise funds and awareness for those living with ALS in West Michigan. 
Race will start and finish in the amphitheater of the Hudson Gardens and Event Center. Course will take participants through Hudson Gardens to the Mary Carter Greenway. Course is flat and fast, and very scenic with a view of the Platte River almost the entire way. 
Run, walk, or jog a 5k or 10k distance. All registrants get a tech tee and finisher medal. Age group awards and overall awards. After the race enjoy refreshments and music. This is a family friendly event. Kids’ age 10 and under run a free kids’ fun.
