Race Description

This popular annual event, now in its twelfth year, raises money for the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre – the support and information service at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood. The unique, traffic-free 10k (starts at 3.00pm) is preceded by events for children with medals for all finishers as well as trophies for the first three in each age group and team trophies. The event has a reputation for being well organised with a great family atmosphere including a small fun fair, bouncy castles and other activities.
