Race Description

Unique traffic free route with a reputation for being well organised with a great atmosphere. Family-friendly with races for kids from 12 noon before the 10k at 3.00pm. There’s a small fun fair, bouncy castles and other entertainment. This event raises money for the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre, supporting people affected by cancer at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood.

Medals for all finishers plus trophies for the first three in each age group. Team trophies too, plus the 2012 Shield is awarded to the school that enters the most kids in the fun runs.
