Race Description

Brand new event for 2013.

If you have a friend and you cant decide if you like riding your MTB more then trail running then this is the answer to your problem!

Pairs share 1 bike over 2 days of the South Downs Way Challenge. Take in turns to run or bike.

Approx 80% off road. The South Downs Way route follows the old routes and droveways along the chalk escarpment and ridges of the South Down. Its a well established cycle ride and provides some stunning scenery, as well as over 10000 feet of climbing with some exciting descents. Route maps will be issued and course navigation remains the responsibility of the entrant. However…….there are allot of very clear signs marking the route and a votwo rider will ride ahead laying out some useful arrows. Amazing navigational skills are not required just a bit of common sense!
