Race Description

The 3rd annual River Moy Half Marathon will take place on May 12th this year, in Ballina Co.Mayo Ireland. The route takes participants along the beautiful river Moy and through Beleek Woods.The organisation, fun atmosphere, scenic route and “aprés run” have resulted in the entry doubling between the first and second years of the first race.
The competitive runners will not be disappointed as the course is forgiving with an Athletics Ireland permit. Accurate timing is assured thanks to the ChampionChip timing system. Online registration www.runireland.com or on the 11th between 6pm-8pm on Sat 12th from 8am-10am at the Ballina Rugby Club, Creggs Rd, Ballina. All entrants will receive a goody bag & technical T-shirt and all finishers will receive a medal. There are stewards and water stations along the route.
