Race Description

Resolution 5K is your chance of keeping that New Year’s resolution and turning it into a reality. You can walk, jog, run or sprint – whatever suits your ability. The most important thing is that you do it!

This is the first of our running event calendar of 2012. Set in the beautiful Ashton Court, this exciting new event is not to be missed.

The course is a bit hilly as you would probably expect for Bristol, but the good news is where there is an uphill there is also a downhill!

Resolution Run is also an opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness for those affected by stroke.

Stroke is the UK’s third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult disability. By signing up for Resolution 5K, taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chances of having a stroke in the future.

The £10 registration fee covers the cost of organising the event, the sponsorship money is used to help all those affected by stroke.
