Race Description

Starts at Sion Street, near the junction with Cams Lane. Crossing the Radcliffe Viaduct and following the Nature Trail for over a mile and a half, the runners turn left to follow a steep little climb before getting onto an undulating loop around the fields next to Hurst Wood before returning to the Nature Trail and heading on to a loop around the Phillips Park area before returning via the footbridge over the River Irwell onto Sion Street and then onto Cams Lane to finish on the Nellie Halstead Track.

The route is close to 10 miles and has around 1000 feet of climb in it.
