Race Description

WANT A TEN MILE PB? This is the race for you!

The annual Notts Ten Mile road race moves to a Friday Night in May this year. In its 41st year the race will be on the 11th May starting at 7.30. This will be swiftly followed by a one mile fun run, the first time we have ever held such with the main race.

The course is very flat (a real PB course) lapping around the quite country lane and paths around the National Water Sports Centre. Loads of free parking, changing showers. A bar by the finsih where you can stand on the balcony and cheer people on. A T shirt (this year white)to all finishers, with prizes for the first few (and first teams) plus spot prizes.

It is also the Notts 10 mile championship race.

One word of caution, we put a time limit on the race of 105 minutes as after that you may be running in the dark. So if on the day that is a bit fast for you why not offer to help marshall the race or help out in another way.
