Race Description

This is a free 5k race held on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00. It is held over a very fast flat tarmac course with PB potential and has been going since Jan 2012. It is suitable for all abilities from sub 15 minutes to those just wishing to test their fitness levels over 5k. Just turn up register and run. No pre entry required.
