Race Description

The run will start on the tarmac track and will head out on a farm track before joining onto the national cycle network, this is a 5km out and back route. Transition will be located in the tennis courts. The cycle route is a single loop which takes you out through quiet country lanes. You will come back into transition where you can quick change your shoes and drop your bike off, before heading out on the same 5km run route. The finish line will be adjacent to transition.
