    To whom it may concern,
I came last year in October 2011to the Lewisham Fun Run just to cheered up friends as I had just given birth to baby 3 weeks prior the race.
This year I have run the 5k race on Sunday 7th October 2012 for the first time.
I have truly enjoyed this experience, once crossing the finishing line I was proud of myself.
I have couple of suggestions to make it even better if you don’t mind.
To attract more spectator make it a family DAY out and not just the MORNING out.
Why not bring a Bouncy Castle for the kids and other little games.
    More food and drinks stands.
Leave the music on (the one we had for the warm-up) during the whole event (before, during after he races).
Bring back the 3K race or if it was too much for the 11-15 years old to race leave it as a 1K BUT at a 3rd race, not in the same time as the under 12 years old, it’ll make the race much fairer for the little one and it’ll spread the event a little bit longer.
For the race itself, this year it was less monitored thn last year. I mean we could easily cut corner (and some runner did!) as the Marshall didn’t limited the race as it should be. I guess you didn’t have enough volunteers but you could put on more of these white and red band attached to barriers to delimited the race properly.
Thank you very much. I’ll be back next year.
    Kind regards.
    C. Lutzu
