Race Description

As we embark upon the 20th Anniversary of 9/11, we reflect, honor, and remember the 2,996 innocent lives murdered on that fateful day, not to mention the courage, commitment, and sacrifices made by our First Responders of those in the fire service, law enforcement, and emergency medical services (EMS) communities, on that day and since that day.

The tragic events of 9/11 led countless men and women to selflessly ‘answer the call’ to defend our Nation, and the freedoms we hold dear, by joining the fight against the Global War on Terrorism.

Over 7,000 of these brave Warriors were killed, including 81 members of the elite, Special Operations 75th Ranger Regiment. Among those Army Rangers, was beloved son, brother, teammate, and friend to so many, our Hero, Manhasset resident SGT James J. Regan.

HELP US HONOR, REMEMBER AND CELEBRATE THESE BRAVE WARRIORS.

On Sunday, September 19, 2021, we invite you to join us as we Honor, Remember and Celebrate Jimmy, and all the precious lives lost over the past 20 years.

This year’s event will now be held in Jimmy’s hometown of Manhasset, Long Island (right next to the train station for easy attendance)!

As part of our Challenge for Heroes Series, this fun run/walk/stroll will take place BOTH in-person AND virtually, so no one misses out! Join as an individual, a team, a family, a Battalion / Company, the sky is the limit!

After such a challenging year due to the COVID pandemic your support, whether virtually or in-person, will go a long way in helping us continue our support for the Rangers and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Interested in making an even bigger impact? Look at one of our limited tent sponsorship opportunities and consider fundraising on behalf of your efforts!

We thank you in advance and appreciate your participation!

Why: All gave some, some gave all. Even if you cannot join us for this special day, you can do your part to help us remember and honor Jimmy, the innocent lives lost on 9/11, our First Responders and all of our Fallen who made the Ultimate Sacrifice.

Where: The Run/Walk will now be taking place in Jimmy’s hometown of Manhasset, Long Island. Starting and ending at Mary Jane Davies Field (201 Plandome Road, Manhasset, NY), this stroll down memory lane will pass by the home Jimmy grew up in, the elementary school he attended, and the field named in his honor.
