Race Description

Annual USAT&F sanctioned race in memory of Marathon runner Jim Hegedus who ran distance for the University Of Maine.
Proceeds go toward two scholarships for Track & Cross Country members at Steinert High School where Jim was a past team captain and a donation to the Mercer County Sunshine Foundation.
The race is off road in a course consisting of paved and grassy trails in beautiful Veterans Park.
