Runner’s World gurus Bart Yasso and Jeff Galloway call the IMT Des Moines Marathon a ‘must’ on the fall marathon calendar. Race Day features the IMT Des Moines Marathon & Half Marathon, Bankers Trust Marathon Relay and The Principal Financial Group 5K Road Race. All races start and finish at Nollen Plaza in downtown Des Moines. Two-day Scheels Sports & Fitness Expo. Scenic Course. $25,000 Prize Money. Well organized race.
