Race Description

Sunday 18th May 2014 sees The General return for his 3rd Tour. In 1944 General Eisenhower addressed the troops ahead of the D-Day landings…
In the 1990’s thousands of ravers fought off insomnia by dancing through the night…

You get to make history by joining your like minded ‘Band of Brothers/Sisters’ by tackling the unique and challenging environment 
situated on the outskirts of Winchester at the Matterley Bowl. Alongside the challenging natural environment you will have to tackle The Generals man made obstacles.

The Challenge – Four tests of endurance
– 10K Battle Zone
– 10K Battle Zone Carrying Rifle*
– **NEW** 20K Battle Zone with or without Rifle (2 laps of course)

All finishers will receive medal, t-shirt and drink if competing in The Battle Zone or Rifle.

10K Cross Country will receive medal and drink.

*An object the length and weight (approx. 5kg) the equivalent of todays British Army’s Rifle

Parking & Spectators included in cost.

Last years winners will be there to hold on to their No 1 spot! Can you beat them……Tough Enough?
