Race Description

Euchidios athlos is an historical race who revives Euchidas feat after the great Plataea battle.

Euchidioa athlos includes two races:

1. Euchidios hyper athlos 215 km. Delphi-Plataea_ Delphi. ( centrel Greece) The athletes will run fron Delphi (archeological site one of the most beautuful and unique all over the world) to Plataea and back to Delphi (107,5 +107,5)

The route of the race is unique and very beautiful, the runners have to ascend on Mt. of Muses Helicon (1050 m0 in the forest, the race is very good organised , it has 19 check points and six water points all operated for 36 h.

Run with Euchidas, meet the Muses on mt. Helicon, purify yourself in Castalia spring, crown yourself with laurel, and enter in Apollo temple as a winner…
