Race Description

A 4 x 2.75 mile course through the grounds of Wollaton Park Nottingham.
The main race starts at 11am with a 2km Fun Run at 10.30.
To be eligible for prizes Teams must comprise of First Claim runners and:
Stage 1 must be veteran (male 40+, female 35+)
Stage 3 must be female
Stages 2 and 4 are open to any runner.
Runners to be declared on the day on official form only.
Guest and Composite teams welcome but ineligible for main prizes.
