Race Description

Relays: 4 x 2.75 mile cross country laps in the grounds of Wollaton Park, Nottingham, home of the English National Cross Country Champs 2014.

Each team must include at least 1 female and 1 veteran runner to qualify for prizes.
The relays start at 11am with a Fun Run starting off the event at 10.30am.
Each finishing Fun Runner will receive a chocolate selection box.

Entry fees are £22 per team in advance or £27 on the day. £3 for the Fun Run or £5 on the day. Postal enties close on Friday 20th December.
