Race Description

All races start and finish in the heart of Southampton’s city center with the run course passing iconic local landmarks including Bargate, QE2 Anchor and St Mary’s Stadium. Sure to be the race highlight will be running both the ascent and more popularly the descent over the Itchen bridge, which will be closed exclusively for this unique event.

We also have The ABP Southampton Mile Fun Run which is open to all ages from 2 to 102 years old! The Mile Fun Run aims to encourage everyone to join in with the event no matter your fitness level or experience. The race starts at 4pm and will be started by our ‘Mascot Mile’ featuring mascots from participating charities and businesses.
