Race Description

Circuit at the foot of the little Deister is passed 2 times for the halfmarathon and for the 10 km run 1 times, this one for the marathon 4 times. The way the latest expense was measured for marathon, half marathon and 10 km run to IWB rules on 10-3-2002. The measurement protocol was approved by the DLV. The results can be included in the lists of the best. The Kilometer mileage is carried out in the locality for the marathon into blue, half marathon in yellow , 10 K run in red and 5 K run in green colour. Every kilometer is signposted. 80% of the ways are asphalt, 20% are country and made up woodland paths. The contour map shows a difference of approx 35 m between the lowest and the highest point. The walking way is identical with the run route.
