A course of 6-8 miles will challenge you and push you to the extreme, with muddy obstacles and muddy challenges to to test all of your strength and grit. Work as a team to complete the course together. Run, crawl, jump, wade and crawl some more to victory and personal satisfaction.

Get your mud run team together and get down and dirty with your friends and family, work as a mud team and succeed together, earn your coveted XMud Medal and Beer.

With over 20 obstacles to challenge you be assured that this is not for the faint hearted, with obstacles such as the Mudmalayas, StringyThing, BogTrotter, Feeling Tyred and We Never Go up alone to push you on success comes at the price of grit and commitment.

Keep Mudding and Keep pushing to the finish, you can do it, we believe, just rememeber the 5 M’s of Mudding – Mud, More Mud, Much more mud, Mire and Mud.

Reach for your Teammates and pull them through, reach for your team mates and be pulled through, XMudders work best as a team so bring the best.

All you need is commitment and time, you don’t need to be a top class athelete or a racing snake, you just need determination and grit.
