Race Description

Organised by top UK running magazine, Women’s Running, the Lee Valley, London, Women’s 10k takes place on an entirely flat two-lap course, and utilises surfaced pathways and linking sections of firm, stoney tracks. It’s a perfect course for beginners and those seeking a fast time. There will be some Olympic memories to inspire you too! Our event village will be based opposite the Lee Valley White Water Centre.

A few minutes from J26 off the M25, this stunning North London country park offers a myriad patchwork of lakes, waterways and parkland teeming with wildlife.

As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.
