Race Description

A chance for all runners to go off-road on our one and only trail run in the 2104 Series. Superbly well attended in 2013, we return to the beautiful Blaise Castle venue, a magnificent 650 acre Grade II registered parkland including children’s play area, museum and castle. A venue that was immortalised by being described as “the finest place in England” in Jane Austen’s novel Northanger Abbey.

Enjoy an exciting two-lap course with two flat and distinctive sections on each lap linked by a single hillier section. With potentially stunning views on offer across the city and Avonmouth.

As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.

Entry costs £26 and there are discounts available for groups.
