Willow Warrior will be the ultimate test of your strength, determination and resilience.

Bring out your inner tough guy this June with our 5k or 10k mud obstacle courses set in the vast grounds of Elms Park in Hertfordshire.

See if you have what it takes to overcome a series of challenging natural and man-made obstacles, all while raising money for Willow. You can compete as a team or on your own, but be prepared for plenty of mud, fun and adventure.
