Race Description
This is minimalist shoe or barefoot race only. No conventional trainers allowed.
A very flat, scenic and potentialy fast 5k figure of eight around two lakes. 2 minutes drive off the M1 at junction 14. Water and goodie bags for all runners. Winners prize. Finish at the pub for Sunday / recovery dinner.
