REGULATION
Non resident athletes and non italian card carrying members should present, before registration, a health certificate that attests the agonistics fitness for athletics in agreement with the Country of origin regulation.
Failing the health certificate, the athletes before registration should present a self certification that attests the agonistics fitness for athletics.
Both cases the athletes should present an identification document before picking up the competitor’s package.
Card carrying member of foreign Athlete Federation affiliated to IAAF could take part to Half Marathon “Città di Udine” presenting the authorization of the relevant federation and the residence permit (non EC athletes).
Non card carrying members, non Italian nationality athletes and resident abroad should attach to the request a copy of medical form available on http://www.maratoninadiudine.it/allegatiStatiche/iscrizioneStranieri2012.pdf the form should be filled and signed by the doctor. Anyway the medical form should be shown before the race, if not the athlete won’t be admitted to the race.

Enrolment fee, including deposit for microchip, can be paid with:

– credit transfer to Banca Popolare di Vicenza Agenzia 1 Udine Italy registering the transfer in name of Associazione Maratonistica Udinese and specifying the athlete’s name

Enrolment fees won’t be repaid in no case.

ENROLMENT FEES
Registration to 13^ Half Marathon “Città di Udine” includes:
– bib number
– hiring of microchip
– medical insurance and assistance
– rest stop and refreshment during the race
– competitor’s package
– pasta party
– bags care
– showers
– medal as a souvenir
TO PICK UP THE COMPETITOR’S PACKAGE
Showing the receipt of payment of enrolment fees all athletes could pick up competitor’s package, bib number and microchip at gazebos in Piazza Libertà in following hours:
– Saturday 22th September from 09.00 A.M. to 20.00 A.M.
– Sunday 23th September from 07.30 A.M. to 08.30 A.M.
START
H 09.30 A.M.Half Marathon Female/Male (21,097 km)
Changes of starting time will be expressly decided by back judges.
The athletes are request to reach the starting zone half an hour before the start to permit the regular development of the race.
TIME LIMIT
Half Marathon: 2h and 45’
After time limit The Organisation refuse all the responsibility for every events that could happened or be caused by the athletes on race course.

Race times and final results could be consulted on www.tds-live.com
and www.maratoninadiudine.it from the day after the race.
