Race Description

Join the 10K, 5K or Family Mile Duxford Dash challenge on 17 October at IWM Duxford, Cambridgeshire. Whatever your goal, our inclusive and friendly flat-course race with chip-timing will motivate you to go the extra mile. New for 2021! Become a ‘family dasher’ with our 1-mile race course and set the pace for a great family day out.

You’ll be in good company. Conquer the track, run past aircraft lined up on the flight line and collect your exclusive race medal at the finish. Your last mission? Take your winners selfie in front of a spectacular Spitfire and share your moment in history. #DuxfordDash

Created in partnership with The Race Organiser, Duxford Dash has all you need for a low-stress and high-impact event. From bag drops to warmups, an event PA and race photography, we are here for runners of all abilities and motivations. We’ll take care of you until race time, then it’s over to you – whether you set your own history-making PB or relax and meet new people along the way!

Bring friends or family to cheer you on to the finish line or join you in the big event. We’d love to see children join in the fun this year – let off steam and tear around our 1-mile course in pilot overalls or your aviation googles!

Then enjoy a full-day out at IWM Duxford as part of your ticket price, to learn why we are home to the biggest, fastest, most jaw-dropping, wow-inducing, history making runners…oops…aircraft collection… in Europe.

Whatever your motivation – we can’t wait to welcome you to Duxford Dash!
