The Little Pearl Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization benefiting children with cancer. All proceeds from the race will be donated to the Aflac Cancer Center. The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Sandy Creek Park in Athens, Georgia. Several vendors around Athens have donated prizes for race winners including restaurant gift certificates, jewelry, and gym memberships.
