Race Description

CourseThe course starts with 3/4 of a mile on pavement where runners will have an opportunity to spread out before switching to single track. After that, it’s 100% single track mountain bike trail. The trail runs beside beautiful Wilson Lake, the clearest lake in Kansas.
Wilson lake has been rated the best lake in KS https://www.thecrazytourist.com/15-best-lakes-kansas/Additionally, the Switchgrass Mountain Bike Trail has been rated the best mountain bike trail in KS and is the only EPIC rated mountain bike trail between the Ozarks and the Rockies. https://www.singletracks.com/bike-trails/region/kansas/Each lap will start and end in the Switchgrass Mountain Bike Trail Parking Lot.
