Race Description

Please join us for the 20th Annual Karen for a Kause 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Walk and Children’s Mad Dash Against Cancer on Saturday, May 10th (Day before Mother’s Day) in beautiful Frontier Park in downtown St. Charles, Missouri. The run/walk will take you around the park and along the banks of the Missouri River along the Katy Trails. Children will enjoy FREE Facepainting and other activities, including visits from Fredbird and Louie from the Blues from 8:30am-9am. Tom’s Coffee and Kona Ice will be on hand. Participants can visit various vendor booths and a Merchandise tent. All proceeds benefit the Karen Weidinger Foundation (KWF), St. Charles County’s Breast Cancer Foundation. To date, the KWF has raised over $850,000 and each and every dollar has remained in St. Charles County to support programs for breast cancer patients in the community.
