The race will take the format of 3 disciplines; trail/mountain running (walking and jogging also accepted!), Kayaking and cycling. The race runs along some of Irelands finest scenery. Registration starts at 10:30 at the Clonbur community center. This race is a fully certified 10K run and is also perfessionaly chip timed.
