A tough half marathon and a 5 and 10k run over rustic trails and roads and some cross country too. In humid conditions where hydration becomes key and where everyone is sweating at the start of the run. 
Run 21k on trails through forests and woodlands for GUTS – fighting bowel cancer, and The Royal Surrey Appeal. Complete 2 laps of the 10k course plus 1km. Onsite parking, chip timing, secure bag storage, prizes, and on site cafe for all. A 5k, 10k and 21k trail run through the Alice Holt Forest, the same location of opening sequence of the film “Gladiator”. |
