Race Description

Midland Mencap’s Sutton Park Challenge on 5 October 2025 is based on the paths and trails of Sutton Park, Birmingham.

Choose to run or walk a 1km, 5km or 10km distance at your own pace. The route is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs, however it is very hilly. There is full route signage and marshalling.

You must be 14 or older to run the 10k distance. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the run.

This community event helps to support people with learning disabilities and their families in the West Midlands.
