Race Description

Our annual Southbourne Fast and Flat race started in 2010 and offers something for everyone from serious runners aiming for their personal best 10K, to novice runners looking for a challenge in the 5K and even active kids in the FUN run.

· 10k: 1 lap, out and back. 8.5k on seafront promenade. 1.5k on quiet roads.
· 5k: 1 lap, out and back. 3.5k on seafront promenade. 1.5k on quiet roads.
· Fun Run:  1300m on grass

UKA licenced race, accurately timed, kilometre markers and fully marshalled.

· Entry Fees: 10k online in advance – £9.50/£7.50; on the day (cash only) £11.00/£13.00
· Entry Fees: 5k online in advance – £5.00/£3.00; on the day (cash only) £9.00/£7.00
· Fun run £2 per child on the day
