Race Description

Join us for the Eighteenth (and final) Sour Grapes Races held in the beautiful 540 acre Northland Arboretum on Saturday June 8th. The trail course is challenging, but beautiful. Your hard work will be rewarded with a T-shirt, finisher token and post race refreshments. Our unique setting makes this a family favorite. All proceeds are donated to the Northland Arboretum.

Race includes a chip timed half marathon and 10K run or walk
The Kids Races will again be on Friday June 7th.
These include the traditional Kids 1M and Kids 1/2M.
There will be race day registration for all events.

The beautiful Northwood’s setting and the “Minnesota Family Friendly” attitude sets our race apart from others. Decide for yourself as you plan to attend our eighteenth annual race at the Brainerd Arboretum. The half marathon course and 10K run/walk course covers the beautiful, but challenging, terrain of wooded trails. The proceeds from the event will be donated to the Northland Arboretum, a non-profit organization.

All participants will be given a t-shirt, a finisher token, and will be treated to post race refreshments at the awards ceremony. Bring the family and join in on the fun, food and camaraderie of a great bunch of running
enthusiasts.
