Race Description

Secure your place in this year’s Solstice Saunter and enjoy a picturesque run on the longest day of the year and help support the incredible care we provide at Manorlands Hospice.

A social 5 mile run, the Solstice Saunter follows the trails of the breath-taking Bolton Abbey and is run by the Airedale Dodgers as a fundraising event for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.

Sponsored by Fenetic Wellbeing and Timothy Taylor the event will take place in the evening, setting out around 7:30pm.

The route
The event follows a circular route of 5 miles. Starting from the Cavendish pavilion car park and working a clockwise loop up through the Strid Wood to Barden Bridge, then back through the grounds to the pavilion.
