Race Description

The Saltwell 10K road race is the oldest road race in Britain and attracts athletes of all abilities including the leading runners of the day. The race was won 17 years in succession by Mike McLeod, olympic 10,000m silver medalist a record unlikely to be broken. There is an extensive prize list, 1st man and women receive $100.00 an devery finsher receives a unique memento. The race event includes 1.5 mile race for U13 & U15 boys and girls and a 3 mile race for U17 boys and girls. There will be a voucher to the value of $30.00 to the U17 girl and boy winner.
